Today, you will learn how to avoid "always being broke" especially if you are here in Nigeria.
Recently on the news, I saw where some 20k jobs were provided, that's not my issue but hearing that 4 Ph.ds and 20 masters holders applied turned me off...
Like you went to school for 4 years and beyond, did masters then PH.d, here you are applying for a 20k unprofessional job.. Who art bewitched thee?
I understand how bad the current situation in Nigeria is, regardless of the detrimental effects, people are still balling...
Not everyone were born with a silver spoons..
Not everyone have uncles/aunts they call.
There are many of us that don't have connections..
The only connection we have is "INTERNET CONNECTION"
That's why you will benefit greatly from what I want to share to you right now.
At least I have passed through a *always broke stage* ... I'm still in process, though, I don't have to be very rich before I share some success cadres, right?
By the way, I still have 5h in account...😂
There are many ways one can get out of that "always broke" stage... especially MONEY MANAGEMENT
But...
I will share just one..
* Learning a SKILL and be able to Monetize it
The Problem Today is:
Most entrepreneurs don't want to be seen starting from zero.. I remember when I was just fresh on this thing called internet. It was funny and not funny.😂.
If you are among my subscribers, then you must have heard the story already.
Absolutely no one started off being awesome or amazing‼️ Allow yourself to grow and be the beginner that mature to an expert. For every master you see today was once a learner.💯 And learning can be hard.🙄
And every professional you have heard of was once an amateur. Therefore allow yourself to be a beginner. Learn from someone, and copy, or follow the blueprint that leads to success.
I remember the day Google sent a notification of $100 from AdSense: 3 years ago, it took me 2 years to make $100. Now it's much easier and quicker.
Allow yourself to learn and implement what you learn. Yes.. Always implement what you learned👌. Don't just be acquiring knowledge alone. Practice what you learned. In fact, don't learn anything new unless you put the first knowledge to good use today.
If you do, trust me—A year from now, you will thank yourself that you started today‼️
Don't ever let fear of being seen at the bottom stop you from starting. Because there is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all 👍
Here is the thing............
The problem only comes when you want to start off "awesome" — especially if making money online is your goal. Because there is no such thing on this planet earth 🌎. You read that right ‼️
Start where you are with what you have. And level up as you go🔥🔥
It took me over 15 months to understand that I can monetize my knowledge.💯
Destroy that perfectionism now!!!👍👍
That is it for now... This can't be overemphasized...
I can see many skillful ones yet broke..
This is because, they've not learnt the art of selling or monetizing that skills.
There are many ways to monetizing a skill..
* Offering Freemium
Is a pricing strategy by which a product or service is provided free of charge, but money (a premium) is charged for additional features, services, or virtual (online) or physical (offline) goods that expand the functionality of the free version of the software or product.
You can upsell rendering your services for free.
* Show up to prospects
Let people be informed of what your skills can do for them and their businesses.. reach out to them personally if need be.
Many persons knows you're a copywriter but some really don't know why they need you..
Many persons knows you're an internet marketer, but some really don't know why they need you..
A huge number of persons knows you're a cook, but some really don't know why they need you..
Many persons knows that you do laundry, but some really don't know why they need you..
You need to be able to show up your services to their pain points...
Because you are a cook and food is a basic need, doesn't mean I will buy your food..
Show up to them on why they need your service.
When you show up, give it your best shot.
* Market Yourself through Paid Advertising
Marketing is the process of informing people about the benefits of something, with the intention of getting them to embrace it.
The goal of marketing is to help people to have access to products or services that are beneficial to them.
The word "marketing" shouldn't be strange to you. We all markets every day!
When you tell people where you cut or make your hair, you are marketing the salon—either you get paid by doing it or not.
When you tell people about your place of worship, you are marketing your church or mosque.
When you tell people about the supermarket with cheap prices, you are marketing the supermarket.
When you tell people that your Tecno/Infinix/Samsung/Oppo/Huawei phone is good, you are marketing the phone company—either with benefits or not.
Long story short, we are all marketers!
Unfortunately, not all marketers get paid for the good work they are doing. A labourer is worthy of his wages (money)!
Going forward, you should make effort to get paid for your marketing services.
You need more people to know about your business.
Explore the use of social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram ads), or search engine marketing (Google)
Generally, learn the art of selling..
There are still other ways to monetize... you can drop it on the comment box , someone might need it.
